Winter Indoor Soccer Session 1 Application – Revised 10/17/2024

 

·      All teams are now being accepted on a first deposit basis.

·      Please scroll down for a complete list of available leagues.

·      Leagues listed as “Call or Email” are close to being full.  Contact us before registering.

·      Session 1 league fee is $950. A $500 deposit due with your registration.

·      Organizations entering 7 or more teams receive a $25 discount per team.

·      Organizations entering 12 or more teams receive a $50 discount per team.

·      Teams playing 2 sessions receive a  $100 discount on session 2 league fees.

·      Teams that played last year are guaranteed a spot if registered by September 1, 2024

·      When possible, we will break club divisions into A, B ,C or REC brackets.

·      Shortly after registering, you will receive an online roster.  All info is required.

·      MANDATORY - Roster and waivers MUST be completed prior to your first game.

·       A coaches’/managers’ meeting will be held prior to league start.  Please try to attend.

·      Session 2 leagues are projected to be on the same days with comparable times.  Info will be online shortly

·      We will not schedule your team if you are playing in the Fallston Cup for that weekend.

·      Please provide us with a no play day requests.  Schedule cannot be changed once online.

All teams are accepted on a first deposit pay basis.  Limited spots are available in each league. Calendar year cutoff dates (Jan 1st and later) are used for all divisions. If you play session 2, you will continue to use 2024 age cutoff dates. (Teams playing 2 sessions receive a $100 discount on session 2 league fees.) A deposit of $500 is required when registering.  Remaining league fees are due no later than your first game.  If you are paying by check, please print the bottom form and include all information with your check.  If you have a no play day request, please let us know when registering.  We will try to accommodate your request (if possible).  We cannot accept time requests.  8 games are projected for each league, however we are not responsible for “acts of God.” Rescheduling of severe weather cancellations will be determined by time availability and may or may not be made up later in the session.   Start date and play day are projected and subject to change.   Should you forfeit your game, there is a $150 forfeit fee that is required to be paid prior to your next game. Once your schedule is online, your game cannot be rescheduled unless we’ve missed your initial request.  Please note that referee’s fees are in addition to league fees and are paid directly to the ref prior to game start.  They cannot be included with your deposit.  Ref fee for weeknight divisions is $27 per team per game (two man system).  Referee fee for U10 CYO/REC and younger, U10 girls club and younger, and U9B &U10C boys and younger is $17 per team per game (One man system).  All other leagues are 2 man systems and are $27 per team per game.  We reserve the right to add a 2nd ref to all leagues based on the conduct of the teams and their fans.
