The following are projected start and play dates for our 2nd indoor soccer session. Limited spots are available in each league. League fees are $699. A non-refundable deposit of $350 is due with your application. All teams are accepted on a first deposit pay basis.

U15/16 Boys, U17/18 Boys and High School Girls will have an overflow game on Friday evenings. We attempt to structure leagues based on skill level. “A” level teams may play up one age group in a “B” or greater level. Please complete the below information and mail this form with your deposit.

Please note that referee’s
fees are in addition to league fees and are paid directly to the ref prior to
game start. Ref fee’s U12 and under are
