Text Box: Soccer Essentials at the MARYLAND SPORTS ARENA Program will be instructed by MISL Champion Coach Bobby McAvan Soccer essentials is a training program structured for boys and girls, ages 8 and 9, to increase soccer skills. The program will instruct your child in the correct fundamentals of basic soccer skills thereby creating a strong foundation for your child’s increased future soccer development. Emphasis will be placed on developing correct passing and shooting techniques and, dribbling feints. Bobby McAvan has been training youth players for over 20 years and has won the Major Indoor Soccer Championship as both a player and coach. The program will be held for 6 consecutive weeks, Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30, Beginning February 13, 2008 Cost is $65 To register, please complete and mail the below form with your check payable to “the Maryland Sports Arena, 2723 Pulaski Highway, Edgewood, MD 21040.
